So I have spent another 5 hrs of my life in the OB’s office this week — 3 hrs on Monday for the non-stress test (baby not stressed, me not stressed before sitting there for 3 hrs, kinda enraged by the end) and 2 hrs Tuesday for my regular check-up. I wish they had snacks, […]

At 37,000 feet in 5F. Won’t be seeing this view for a while now. Grounded until things are well established after Graglo arrives.
So we now have ~ 28 days until Graglo is predicted to enter into the world. I can’t say that we have a lot of faith in the idea that the baby will come popping out in 28 days, but at least it’s something to mentally look towards as I get larger and more awkward. […]
T minus four weeks: no time like the present to start working on having somewhere for Graglo to sleep. Hey all. Lest you think that Kirsten is the only blogger around, I’ll raise my keyboard for a sec and chip in. We’ve embarked on our yearly May Festival of Travel. It seems Kirst can’t avoid going to Bonn every spring, and she’s headed there in about a week. I find myself this evening in […]
So you may be wondering to yourself what’s up with Graglo and Mike and me. Well, things are pretty good I tell you. Given my scientific background, my penchant for data, and the fact that my OB is in the ‘if it has any possibility of being a problem and it can be tested, then […]

So you may be asking yourselves, what will Graglo look like? That’s a fine question, and not really one we can answer at this point but we do have some ideas and clues…. A “savage tan” is not something that will ever be used to describe Graglo after being in the sun. Tomato-like is far […]
